Spanish ham, or jamon, is made using the hind legs of pigs, which are salted, then hung and cured for at least six months. The meat is finely flavoured, the salt almost imperceptible and the fat porcelain white.
Even though we can't import the real thing from Europe due to quarantine regulations, the jamon is made in Australia with quality pigs and the method of curing is definitely Spanish.
We also supply a large variety of other Spanish meats such as chorizo (spicy Spanish sausages), lomo (cured pork loin), pigs ears and trotters
great for a traditional Spanish soup.
We also have a large variety of great quality cold meats, such as double smoked ham, chicken chilli, oven roasted turkey breast and salamis too many to mention.

We also have a very large range of marinated olives, which have the best stuffings such as chilli, walnut and cheese, anchovies, and many other great fillings.

Out other great fresh food products include smoke salmon, pates, semi-dried tomatoes, anchovies and many other great products.
We also make great salads, sandwiches, coffee and
empanadas (Spanish pies).
